Bayesian Network Classifiers using libtorch from scratch

Dependencies

The only external dependency is libtorch which can be installed with the following commands:

wget https://download.pytorch.org/libtorch/nightly/cpu/libtorch-shared-with-deps-latest.zip
unzip libtorch-shared-with-deps-latest.zips

Setup

Release

make release
make buildr
sudo make install

Debug & Tests

make debug
make test
make coverage

Sample app

After building and installing the release version, you can run the sample app with the following commands:

make sample
make sample fname=tests/data/glass.arff
